Los Angeles Health Care Executive Sara Litvak
Sara Gershfeld Litvak is a Los Angeles, California-based health care executive. She is the founder and former Chief Executive Officer of BHCOE, now known as Jade Health. She now serves on the Jade Health Board of Directors. In the past, she developed and standardized quality measures for the California Department of Developmental Disabilities. She has also worked as the Chief Clinical Officer at Intercare Therapy, Inc., which involved managing quality behavioral services for the entire organizations patients. As an Associate Clinical Director at the Claremont Autism Center, Sara Gershfeld Litvak oversaw clinical operations and longitudinal autism research initiatives. She also made both national and international presentations as a representative of the Claremont Autism Center.
Sara Litvak has earned various professional accolades during her career. She was recognized as a 2023 Behavioral Health Business Future Leader in Healthcare. In 2022, she received the Women in Business Woman of the Year Award from the Commerce Industrial Chamber of Commerce.
Ms. Litvak’s academic background includes psychology and neuroscience degrees from Scripps College in Claremont and a Master of Arts in Applied Developmental Psychology from the Claremont Graduate University. Her interests include hiking, pickleball, and tennis. She is a member of the Mulholland Tennis Club. Her professional memberships include the Association for Behavior Analysis and the International Association for Professional Behavior Analysts.
